Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unworn items with all original packaging and tags into a shipping satchel, including a copy of your packing slip.
Post Your Package
Affix the generated shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post location or designated courier point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement team gear within 5-7 business days.
